Welcome to iFaith LLC ("iFaith.TV"), a digital platform dedicated to providing you with a range of interactive services, including but not limited to, streaming content, community features, and other applications that link to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). We, iFaith LLC, along with our direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively, "us," "we," "our"), govern your access to and use of these services (collectively, the "Services").

Prior to initiating any arbitration, the parties must attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you or we may proceed to arbitration.

2.3 Arbitration Procedures:

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association as agreed upon by the parties.

2.4 Changes to This Section:

We will provide 30 days' notice of any changes to this section by posting on the Services or through other communication channels. Amendments will become effective 30 days after they are posted on the Services or sent to you via email.
